A major focus of our practice includes the structuring of transactions, from both a domestic and international perspective. In addition, lawyers in our team assist with a wide variety of complex concerns, including matters involving but not limited to corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, exchanges and restructurings, capital gains tax, VAT issues, mortgage-backed securities and real estate investment trusts, real estate transactions, estate planning, and stamp duty, availability of tax concessions for foreign investors.
